I appreciated the cleanliness of the place, with spotless rooms & bathrooms. the location was great, being in a quiet area with no noise disruptions. Lastly, the breakfast was lovely, and just perfect.
The staff's noise levels were unbearable in the morning, as the room was behind the kitchen, making it challenging to sleep. the room was too cold, with a small wall heater that didn't work effectively.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Port Elizabeth and had an amazing experience. the location of the hotel was perfect. It was within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants, making it extremely convenient for me to explore the area without needing to rely on transportation. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive. They were always there to assist me with any questions or requests I had and made me feel truly welcomed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the unique 'old' theme of the furniture which added charm to the environment. Moreover, the hotel provided basic amenities such as shared cooking facilities, which was very convenient for preparing meals. I had a great stay at this hotel and would not hesitate to return in the future.
All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

Comfortable and spacious rooms, with a newly renovated bathroom that had a working shower. The cleanliness of the room was impressive. Although there was a minor issue with the TV, the staff promptly resolved it when notified. The breakfast options were limited, but we were able to make our own. Despite a few noisy guests, the overall ambiance was peaceful and conducive to a good night's sleep. I recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

We stayed at a seaside guest house with stunning views of the ocean. the location was perfect for relaxing on the beach and enjoying the sea breeze. Our room had everything we needed, from a comfortable bed to a clean and modern bathroom. the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool and tennis court, which were well-maintained and provided hours of entertainment.
Although the hotel had excellent leisure facilities, the parking lot was quite small, which made it difficult to find a space for our car at peak times.

The location of the hotel was great, very close to the beach and shops. the Christmas decorations were beautiful and there were some complementary chocolates and wine in the room which was a nice touch. the bed was comfortable and the room had a nice view of the city.
The staff were not very friendly or helpful. We had some issues with the air conditioning which was not working properly and it took several attempts to get someone to come to our room and fix it.
